Ensure that your email is typed in correctly and fully without spaces in unwanted places (End of the email), Ensure your password is typed in correctly. Use the 'forgotten your password' feature if you still cannot login. You will be sent an email to reset your password

Within the App, there is a button under your profile, in the top right hand corner of the home page (Next to Your weekly summary), You will be able to see a red bin icon labelled as 'delete data'. This will delete your account and data from the Rita System.
